Design

As a designer, I want to create a fun experience for players and a variety of game genres from puzzle games to platformers, mobile games to arcade games, etc. In order to do so, I would always try to immerse myself in the genre and community of the game in question to truly understand what the players enjoy and finds interesting.
When it comes to ideate, I prefer using paper for visualization. Afterward, digital prototypes are used for playtesting and feedback.

Drawing

Drawing skills isn't a necessary for a designer but it really comes in handy for me to visualize and conveys my designs.
Plus, I enjoy sketching and doodling on my off time :D

Coding

Coding is a useful skill to learn, knowing how to code gives me a general idea of how a game work and therefore aid me in design thinking.

Games I have designed

My university have 2 weeks project were we work in a team of 6 people (2 designer, 2 artists, 2 engineers) to make a game following a few specifications.
These group projects are very rushed but are honestly very fun to work with everyone and see our ideas come to life. What made it even more special is that each project is with a different group so each project had their own unique experience.
The videos below are the videos I have directed and edited to showcase and advertise our games.

Some other games I designed

These are games I made using a mixed of self-made and free assets from the internet to show some of my game ideas while also learning to design puzzles game's storyline.

This game is designed based on a song called "world.execute(me);)" by Mili. It is a short game for me to test out this concept and idea for a puzzle-based game.
The music is obviously from Mili while alot of the art are free assets from the Unity asset shop.
Here is a google drive link if you want to give it a try:

Coding

When I comes to coding, I am in no way as good as an engineer, however, I have learned and can use Pascal, Python, C#, Java and html.

This is one of the most complicated pygame I have made using python with the assistance of my teacher to learn how a game is developed.
Here I learned how to plan and structure a game so I can code and bring my ideas to life.

This is a personal fanmade website for Honkai: Star Rail lightcones. I made the website using only html and css, no predrawn UI or plugins.
